• Other single drugs that show some antitumor activity against bladder cancer include 5-fluorouracil, ifosfamide ,
  carboplatin and gallium nitrate. Therapy remains limited for adenocarcinomas, although some respond to
  5-fluorouracil combinations. 
• Radiation therapy can be palliative for bone and brain metastases. 
• Immunological agents have not yet been adequately tested for this tumor .
